We want your tree planting experience to be an inspiring success! These trees are guaranteed to arrive in good health and at the right time for planting in your area. If they do not, we will replace them, free of charge. If your trees fail to survive, even though they were received in good condition and at the right time, we will replace them and ask that you pay $3.50 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
