Some of the pdf files on this site are quite large and will take a long time for you to view online if you are connected to the internet with a telephone modem.  If you  have difficulty viewing or printing these large pdf files, we recommend that you download them to your computer first before opening.  To do this, instead of clicking on the file name to open within Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, first  right click on the pdf file name and choose "save target as" or "save link as" and download the file to your computer. Make sure  the file name includes .pdf  at the end.  Then you should be able to view and print the pdf file directly from your computer.
