This all started a few years ago, when a friend of mine decided she wanted to raise chickens in her backyard in the city of Seattle.  The Seattle Tilth offered a class on raising chickens and a City Chickens Tour.  Apparently raising chickens is the "in thing" to do in the city!!  The neighborhoods are full of people raising chickens.  

But could it really be so easy???
