West National Technology Support Center
The West National Technology Support Center (WNTSC) for the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is located in Portland, OR. The staff members include a
Core Team of technical disciplines specialists, and three technology teams assigned to lead NRCS’ acquisition and/or development of science-based technology for prescribed special emphasis areas in natural resources conservation. The technology teams located at the West National Technology Support Center are Energy, Air Quality and Atmospheric Change and Water Quality and Quantity.

The Core Team consists of a team of technical disciplines responsible for providing direct technical assistance and technology transfer primarily to the states serviced by the WNTSC area.
