The New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands Regional Water Quality Coordination Program coordinates water quality-related research-based education and extension resources of the four Land Grant Universities serving the geographic area covered by Region 2 of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA). The regional program is an element of the United States Department of Agriculture, Cooperative State Research, Education and Extension Service (CSREES), Integrated National Water Quality Program, and is supported by US EPA Region 2.
