Our mission is to protect and promote the health of all the people of Oregon. We are working to protect individuals and communities against the spread of disease, injuries, and environmental hazards while promoting and encouraging healthy behaviors. The Public Health Division is prepared to respond to disasters and assist communities in recovery and is dedicated to assuring the quality and accessibility of the State's health services and resources.
