status and who wish to register for the 17 Annual CIRMS Conference
must supply additional information. Failure to provide this
information prior to arrival on the site will result, as a minimum,
in significant delays (up to 24 hours) in entering the facility.

(DAO) number 207-12.

The registration
fee is $300. This includes conference
materials, refreshment during coffee breaks, lunch on October
6-8, and a dinner on October 7.
