All foreign national visitors who do not have permanent resident status and who wish to register for the 17 Annual CIRMS Conference must supply additional information. Failure to provide this information prior to arrival on the site will result, as a minimum, in significant delays (up to 24 hours) in entering the facility. Authority to gather this information is derived from United States Department of Commerce Department Administrative Order (DAO) number 207-12.

On_Site Registration

The registration fee is $300. This includes conference materials, refreshment during coffee breaks, lunch on October 6-8, and a dinner on October 7.

Registration closes on September 30, 2008

All request for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing, prior to September 30, 2008.
