Media Advisory: American Chamber Players Concert Rescheduled to April 1

The date of the American Chamber Players concert originally scheduled to be presented by the Library of Congress on April 3 has been changed to April 1. It will be performed at 7:30 p.m. in the Terrace Theater of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

The American Chamber Players, led by violist and "Performance Today" commentator Miles Hoffman, return to the Library of Congress concert series with a world premiere of a work for clarinet and string trio by composer Max Raimi, commissioned by the Carolyn Royall Just Fund in the Library of Congress. The group will also perform Mr. Raimi's arrangement of Mozart's Variations in C major on Ah, vous dirai-je Maman!, Schmann's Quintet in E-flat major, Op. 44, and Bloch's Quintet No. 1.

All Library of Congress concerts are free, but tickets are required. They will be distributed at 6 p.m. the evening of the performance in the lobby of the Terrace Theater.
