Experts respond to new study on diagnostic markers for the early detection of ovarian cancer non-gov warning icon published in the November 2008 issue of Clinical Cancer Research. CDC states that although this study makes an important contribution, more research is needed before the test is accepted into clinical practice for screening women in the general population or for women at ‘‘high risk’’ of ovarian cancer.
