Utah State Office of Rehabilitation offices are open from 8 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday. Recent exceptions are four offices in state regional/shared buildings which are Provo, Ogden, Blanding, and Manti. These offices will be open from 7 am until 6 pm Monday through Thursday.
