Thank you for visiting our new web site. We think you will find many new ways to search the services and information that our department offers. As a provider of essential internal administrative services, the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) welcomes you.

Kimberly K. Hood, DAS Executive Director DAS provides high-quality, affordable infrastructure products and services to Utah state government customers to help them provide better service to the citizens of Utah and support for Governor Huntsman’s focus on economic development, health system reform, education, and energy security.

These products include procurement, financial accounting, debt collection, risk management, fleet operations, mail, archives, administrative rules and facility and construction management. Many of these services are also available to cities, counties, school districts and special districts. DAS also manages the Utah Navajo Royalties Holding Fund and the Office of Child Welfare Parental Defense. In addition, DAS provides archives research and administrative rules reference services directly to the public.

We hope you will find the DAS website helpful as you discover the many services and professional employees who deliver our “Services Elevated.”

On June 26, 2008, Governor Huntsman announced the "Working 4 Utah" initiative. As part of the initiative, the Department of Administrative Services' offices are open for business from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Thursday, with some noted exceptions.
