Division of Finance

The major responsibilities of the Division of Finance, a division within the Utah State Department of Administrative Services, include maintaining the statewide accounting, payroll, and Data Warehouse systems, setting statewide accounting and payroll policies and procedures; and the preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). The Director of the Division of Finance is the State's chief fiscal officer and is responsible for exercising accounting control over state departments and agencies except institutions of higher education.

Location and Hours

In accordance to the Governor's Working 4 Utah initiative, our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed on Fridays. We are located at: 450 N.
