Transplant Evaluation: Medical Considerations

Psychiatrists' notes are useful but not as useful as the psychosocial report. In particular, we want to know what psychiatric diseases a person has, and are they under control. Tell us, and maybe include a letter from a psychiatrist to comment on the psychiatric problems.
