After considering stakeholder and peer review comments on the February 2007 draft document, NIOSH developed a revised draft Current Intelligence Bulletin: Asbestos Fibers and Other Elongated Mineral Particles: State of the Science and Roadmap for Research and requested public comments on the revised document. Comments received on the revised draft CIB have been considered by NIOSH in developing a new draft CIB which will be reviewed by the National Academies.
