The United States Army Engineer School (USAES) trains Soldiers and Joint, Inter-agency, Inter-governmental and Multinational (JIIM) Engineers, develops leaders, and serves as the personnel proponent and the Engineer advocate/SME in support of the Maneuver Support Center (MANSCEN) and the Army for concepts, doctrine, organization, materiel, and other engineer equities in order to provide Full Spectrum Engineer Capabilities to the Joint Force Commander and the Nation.
 

 

  • A World-Class Center of Engineer expertise supporting Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) conduct of simultaneous, full spectrum operations.
  • Continuously setting the Army standard in coordination with the US Army Maneuver Support Center to develop and integrate capabilities across Doctrine, Organizations, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF), TRADOC, and the current and future force.
  • World's best trainer of military engineers for an Army serving our Nation at war.
  • An Engineer Regiment with technically and tactically proficient Soldiers and Leaders capable of executing Full Spectrum Operations.
