Help and public use computers are also available in our offices at 301 W. Jefferson Street, Suite 200, during the normal business hours detailed above. Additionally here are a couple of tips that may help with using the eRecruit application site.

The recommended screen resolution is at least 1024/768 and 1152/864 may yield better viewing results. If you are having difficulty seeing scrollbars and/or previous and next buttons, your screen resolution is most likely set at 800/600 or less. You can change this setting on a Windows operating system by accessing My Computer, Control Panel, Display, Settings, Screen Area. If you can't change that setting, you may also try using the F11 button to gain some additional screen area.

If a "helper icon" is to the right of a particular field, using that will ensure that you select an available value for that field and that it is the correct format so the system can accept it. Helper icons look like this.
