摘要

许多研究人员已经运用线性或逻辑回归建模方法,提出健康相关生活品质 (HRQOL) 指标 (结果) 与健康风险因素之间关系的结果。我们运用试题反应理论 (IRT),组合多种 HRQOL 模型的结果,评估多个相关 HRQOL 指标与作为预测指标的多个人口统计学和健康风险变量之间的关系。本研究的数据来源是罗德岛 2004 年风险因素监测系统 (2004 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System),该系统的样本由 3999 名 18 岁或 18 岁以上的成年人组成。我们运用 IRT 开发了一个针对总体 HRQOL 的单一模型,以评估 HRQOL 指标与作为预测指标的多个人口统计学和健康风险变量之间的关系。对总体 HRQOL 差的最强预测指标是较低收入、无工作能力、失业、吸烟、缺乏锻炼、哮喘、肥胖和残障。IRT 可在流行病学上用作多个相关结果的建模方案。将 IRT 应用于流行病学数据,能帮助发现临危亚组,从而有针对性地实施干预措施。
