簡介
有糖尿病家族史的人士罹患糖尿病的風險增高;但是,糖尿病家族史對醫護人員的看病及病人行為的影響尚未得到很好的界定。

方法
我們分析了 2005 年俄勒岡行為風險因素監測系統 (2005 Oregon Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System) 的資料,在糖尿病患者中評估糖尿病家族史與以下各項之間的關係:1) 病人對醫護人員看病方式的報告,2) 病人對罹患糖尿病風險的認識,以及3) 與罹患糖尿病風險增高相關的病人行為。俄勒岡行為風險因素監測系統是一項以州為基礎,透過隨機數字撥號進行的電話調查。

結果
