Minutes Availability Policy:
Currently, meeting minutes for the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County (in addition to Board of Directors of the Flood Control District, Improvement Districts, Library District and Stadium District) are available after receiving final approval by the respective board. All meeting minutes are carefully summarized and reviewed for quality and accuracy prior to receiving board approval. Currently, minutes on the Clerk of the Board website are maintained from January 2, 2002 through September 11, 2006 with more recent minutes being added as they receive final approval. You may also obtain results of more recent minutes by visiting specific meeting dates on the Clerk of the Board Calendar and Agenda pages.
