General: The WRP Program offers a unique opportunity to hire highly-qualified postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities for either summer internship position or for full-time permanent positions with FAA.
Eligibility:
  • Students must be at least 16 years old.
  • Students must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Students must have a Certification Letter from a State Vocational Rehabilitation Center or Veterans Administration.
  • Students (undergraduate/graduate) must possess a GPA average of 3.0 or the equivalent.
Open To: Students must be enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning on a full-time basis.
Compensation: The salary ranges are based on their educational background, prior work experience, and volunteer experience.
Periods: Summer (June through August).
Selection Process: Qualified Assessment performed by the local servicing HR office. Applicant referrals listed on the WRP CD Rom Resume Databank.
Appointment Type: Temporary or Permanent “Paid” FAA Employee
