General: The FAA Student Intern Program (FASIP) provides learning and development opportunities and work experience for students in high school, vocational, and technical schools, undergraduate programs (both associate and baccalaureate degrees), and graduate programs.
Eligibility:
  • Interns must be at least 16 years old.
  • Interns must be U.S. Citizens.
  • Interns must be enrolled in at least half-time courses, as defined by the academic institution.
  • Interns must maintain a 3.0 GPA average on a 4.0 grading scale.
Open To: Interns (college, high school, technical or vocational) enrolled or accepted in a diploma, certificate, or a degree-seeking program. (e.g., associate, undergraduate, or graduate).
Compensation: The salary ranges are based on their educational background, prior work experience, and volunteer experience.
Periods: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter
