Memorial and Tribute

The Arthritis Foundation's Hope Through Heroes^SM is a memorial and tribute site dedicated to people who live with and have lived with arthritis or chronic joint symptoms.

This is a place where you can honor or commemorate the life of a friend or loved one by sharing their inspirational stories of hope.  

When you make a contribution

 in honor of or in memory of someone who has touched your life, you will also help provide important resources to accelerate arthritis cures and fund needed research, patient services, public and professional education and community services.

To Get Started:

• Create your own Hope Through Heroes site by registering, or post a testimonial on an existing Hope Through Heroes page.
• Complete the registration form, including creating a username and password.
• Enter your honoree's information, as well as the name and address of the person you would like to receive the gift acknowledgements.
• Click "edit page," and begin personalizing a web page for your hero!  Once complete, you can email your friends and family to let them know the page has been created, so they can post testimonials and make a donation in honor of your hero.

Your message will be posted here to inspire people throughout the world.
