Fisher will announce the U.S. government's quarterly refunding needs at a news conference at 9:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, October 31, 2001 in the Treasury Department's Diplomatic Reception Room (Room 3311), 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. Under Secretary Fisher will take questions following the announcement. The event will have a 10:00 a.m. news embargo. The room will be available for pre-set at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
