NOTICE TO ALL VENDORS AND PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS
Contractors must have a current registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchase agreement. Lack of a current registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.

Contractor Manpower Reporting (https://cmra.army.mil/) If you are having trouble getting into the application, you probably need to re-register. The upgrade to CMRA version 3.0 requires all previously registered users to register again. See the CMRA FAQs (https://cmra.army.mil/faq.aspx) for more information.
