Successful Service Delivery Strategies
Having Alzheimer's disease or caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease can
be overwhelming. Many people find that participating in support groups to be
beneficial. While most states have a variety of support groups, minority families
are often left out of the process due to language and cultural barriers. The
