Sec Hall addresses the Lansing Navy Ball held at the Kellogg Conference Center, Michigan State University. Attendees included the Active and SelRes members of the Reserve Components, the Naval Reserve Association, the Naval Enlisted Reserve Association, and the Commanders Club of the Michigan. Sec Hall has the honor of reenlisting PN 1 Mittman.
