CONTRACTS

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

3M, Oakdale, Minnesota, is being awarded an estimated $50 million indefinite quantity contract for x-ray systems, sub- systems or components. Nineteen proposals were solicited and nineteen were received. Work will be performed in New Ulm, Minnesota and is expected to be completed by May 31, 1997. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting activity (SP0200-96-D-8051).

` Polaroid Corporation, Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded an estimated $50 million indefinite quantity contract for x-ray systems, sub-systems or components. Nineteen proposals were solicited and nineteen were received. Work is expected to be completed by May 31, 1997. AIR FORCE

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Long Beach, California, is being awarded a $14,209,367,578 firm fixed price contract to provide for 80 C-17 aircraft from FY 1997 through FY 2003. Contract is expected to be completed November 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Negotiations were complete May 1996. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-96/C-2059).

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $182,900,000 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to extend long lead funding for initial components, parts, materials and effort to support production of 25 F-151 aircraft and related support equipment. Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-94/C-2195, P00011).

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Marietta, Georgia, is being awarded a $59,341,019 face value increase to a cost plus award fee contract to provide for development of avionics system modifications that will permit the F-22 aircraft to received Joint Tactical Information distribution System (JTIDS) data. Contract is expected to be completed September 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-91/C-0006, P00248).

Rockwell International Corporation, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $7,004,986 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to provide for 6 kits (3 prototype and 3 kitproof) to incorporate the Cockpit Working Group changes into the PACER CRAG (Compass, Radar and Global Positioning System) upgrade program for the C/KC-135 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed April 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (F34601-96/C-0001, P00006).

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Ft. Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $13,493,565 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to provide for depot, organizational, intermediate and improved avionics intermediate shop support equipment in support of the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed February 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. NAVY

SVG Lithography Systems Incorporated, Wilton, Connecticut, is being awarded a $15,709,535 cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract to design, develop, build, and demonstrate a high performance alignment sensor subsystem, a high performance control subsystem and an autocalibration subsystem under proposal entitled Modular Advanced Lithography Subsystems. Work will be performed in Wilton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed in May 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 24 proposals solicited and four offers received. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N00014-96-C-0291).

C. Construction Company, Tyler, Texas, is being awarded a $14,575,000 firm-fixed- price contract for construction of a 70,000 square foot building for maintenance, training, and administrative facilities to support U.S. Air Force B-52H aircraft. Work will be performed at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana, and is expected to be completed in December 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 104 proposals solicited and eight offers received. The Southern Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity (N62467-93-C-1124).

J.A. Jones Environmental Services Company, Charlotte, North Carolina, is being awarded a $4,388,933 modification to previously awarded contract N62470-93-D-3033 for removal and remedial actions at hazardous waste sites at the Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina. Work will be performed in Cherry Point, North Carolina, and is expected to be completed in April 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $73,496,403 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0058 to definitize the advance acquisition contract for the FY 1995 Production Program for 12 T45TS Training Systems to a firm-fixed-price contract. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (70%), and Kingston, United Kingdom (30%), and is expected to be completed by September 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
