Pilot Subcommittees
NCCCP Pilot Subcommittee Structure
The pilot's nine standing subcommittees ensure major tenets are addressed, schedule meetings involving all pilot sites, and stimulate collaboration to achieve goals. Each subcommittee, including members from pilot organizations, NCI, and SAIC-Frederick, Inc., holds monthly conference calls to review progress, share best practices, discuss concerns, and receive educational presentations.
