Influenza Immunization Information
An influenza immunization is an annual requirement to maintain Basic Force Readiness.
Officers enrolled in TRICARE Prime are encouraged to receive their immunization through their Military Treatment Facility (MTF). Officers enrolled in TRICARE Prime Remote are encouraged to receive their immunization through their Primary Care Manager (PCM).
Information and documentation for the 2008-2009 influenza immunizations through the CDC's Occupational Health Clinic is available through their website.
Please don't forget to document your influenza immunization on the OFRD website and to send proof of immunization to Medical Affairs Branch via mail and/or fax:
