SMART HOUSING ZONES
Thanks to the leadership of co-sponsors Assembly Majority Leader Bonnie Watson Coleman, (D-Mercer), Mila M. Jasey (D-Essex) and David W. Wolfe (R-Monmouth, Ocean) the Smart Housing Incentive Zones Act was dropped in the Assembly on December 15 as bill A3632. Full story.
