The target audience for this training is:
 
  • trainees of applied epidemiology or other advanced public health training programs.  Also, anyone who is familiar with the prerequisites below may benefit from this module.

How long does the training take to complete?

  • The training takes approximately 30--45 minutes to complete all of the elements of the module, including the quiz and summary.
What do I need to know before I begin?

Before you begin this module, you should be able to

  1. Define and calculate rates and ratios
  2. Describe a 2 x 2 table
  3. Draw and interpret an epidemic curve
