Description
WBV 06.2: This contract involves raising the elevation of approximately 4.7 miles of earthen levee to the 100-year level of protection. The levee was constructed during Phase 1 activities along the west bank of Algiers Canal from Highway 23 southward towards the Hero Canal Cutoff, in Plaquemines Parish.
The 4.7 miles will be divided into 3 parts for 3 contract awards. (04.2 Reach 1, 05.2 Reach 2, and 06.2 Reaches 3&4)
