WBV 06a.2: This contract involves the construction of approximately 4.7 miles of earthen levee to the authorized grade. The levee will be constructed with access ramps along the west bank of Algiers Canal running southward from Highway 23 towards the Hero Canal Cutoff, in Plaquemines Parish.
