Frequency changers were flooded at the Carrollton Building during the hurricane event, damaging the frequency changer motor, generator, starter motors and exciters.  The frequency changers will be disassembled and rewound.  Work will consist of reinsulating all field pole coils on the synchronous machines, replacement of stator windings on the synchronous machines, repair of the A.C. wound-rotor starter motor and the exciter, alignment, balancing and testing the specified frequency changers.
