The Commission’s Newsletter, “Ethics Bulletin" (formerly "Guidelines"), is published periodically throughout the year.  The cases presented in the Ethics Bulletin are designed to provide State employees with examples of conflicts issues that have been addressed by the Commission.  Specific questions regarding a particular situation should be addressed directly to your agency's  Ethics Liaison Officer or the Commission.
