Informed Consent for Colonoscopy: A Prospective Study.
Archives of Internal Medicine 1990;
150(4): 777-80. A prospective survey of 102 outpatients scheduled to undergo a colonoscopy and sixteen of their physicians was conducted to assess the extent to which autonomous decisionmaking entered into the informed consent process.
