A seagull flies over the California Coastal National Monument which stretches along the entire coast of California and extends 12 miles into the Pacific Ocean.  The Monument includes 20,000 rocks, islands, pinnacles and reefs.

Robert Lyman

Riverside County

Bob Lyman is the regional office manager of the Transportation and Land Agency and represents Riverside County.  Mr. Lyman has over 15 years of business experience and over 11 years of public service for the county.  He has worked on customer service projects like one-stop permit processing and on long-rang multiple species planning.  Bob has been with the advisory committee since its inception and has extensive knowledge and experience with the monument area.

Mr. Lyman has a degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and further training in the environmental review process.
