AT 200 AM PDT...0900Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION THREE-E
WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 14.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 123.7 WEST OR ABOUT
1080 MILES...1740 KM...WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA
CALIFORNIA.
 
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 7 MPH. A
GRADUAL TURN TO THE WEST IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  THE DEPRESSION HAS THE CHANCE TO BECOME A TROPICAL STORM
LATER TODAY.
