The University of Oulu, in Finland, provides a listing of the Best Indices of Colleges and Universities World-wide.

The Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), sponsored by the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) of the U.S. Department of Education, produces the ERIC database, which contains more than 1.2 million citations going back to 1966. More than 100,000 full-text non-journal documents (issued since 1993) are available in .pdf format.

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Auswärtige Politik e.V. (DGAP) (http://www.dgap.org)
German Council on Foreign Relations. A nonpartisan, nonprofit organization devoted to the study of foreign policy and international relations. Links to information on conferences and seminars on world affairs; full-text articles from the Council's journal, Internationale Politik; links to the Council's Research Institute, with descriptions of its projects and access to its library catalog. In German and English.

Institute of advanced study devoted to the promotion of historical research in the U.S. and Germany; access to online catalog of the institute's library; online research guides and monthly bulletin; list of publications and research papers, some available online; description of fellowships and other research opportunities at the Institute, including calls for papers; schedule of workshops, lectures, and other events.
