Special Search Request Form

The CALM Division provides special search service for requests for titles in the general collections which resulted in not-on-shelf reports. Researchers can now submit an online special search request for titles reported as not-on-shelf. The new online request and tracking system provides a more convenient means for researchers to submit special search requests, and gives management a better tool for managing and tracking these requests. Responses to searches will be returned to staff via e-mail or surface mail as requested. With the advent of the new online request service, the CALM Division has discontinued the practice of accepting hard copy requests. Hard copy requests will only be accepted through special arrangement with management.
