Automobile Medical Fee Schedule
The Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court has issued a stay of the implementation of the new PIP fee schedule rules that were to go into effect on 10/1/07. Until further notice, providers and insurers should continue to use the fee schedule rules that are currently in effect. Please check this web site for updated information.

Uniform Attending Provider Treatment Plan Form

All providers treating PIP patients must use the Uniform Attending Provider Plan Form to submit Decision Point and Precertification Requests to Insurers.
