Warnings: continuous contact with used motor oil has caused skin cancer in laboratory animal tests. Avoid prolonged contact. Wash skin with soap and water. Launder or discard soiled clothing.
Acute Health Effects: From MSDS
Inhalation: Negligible hazard at room temperature (up to 95 degrees F). High temperatures or mechanical action may form mists or fumes. Inhalation of oil mists or fumes can cause irritation of the nose, throat and upper respiratory tract.

Eye Contact: May cause irritation to the eyes.

Skin Contact: Prolonged or repeated contact with skin may cause mild irritation and possibly dermatitis. Symptoms may include redness, edema, drying, defatting and cracking of the skin.

Ingestion: Low toxicity. Pulmonary aspiration hazard if swallowed. Swallowing may cause stomach cramps and diarrhea.
Chronic Health Effects: From MSDS
Product has the ability to cause oil acne on the skin and fibrosis in the lung. Persons with eye, skin, or lung conditions may be more sensitive to this product.

Avoid getting this material into contact with skin and eyes. Avoid breathing fumes if this product is used at high temperatures. Avoid the generation of oil mists. Wash hands after handling and before eating. Launder work clothes frequently. Keep the container tightly closed and in a cool, well-ventilated place. Do not store this material in open or unlabeled containers. Store away from strong oxidizers. Empty containers may retain product residue including flammable or explosive vapors. Do not cut, drill, grind, or weld near full, partially full, or empty product containers.
Disposal: From MSDS
Used oil can be returned to a collection center or provided to a licensed recycle. All wastes must be handled in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
