Medicare Claims Data

Description

This page contains information on the use of specific Medicare preventive services from analyses that have been done using Medicare claims data. The Interactive Database on this page contains data from Medicare enrollment and claims files and allows the user to examine the use of and Medicare expenditures for a variety of Medicare preventive services at the national, state, and county level. Data on the use of preventive services are also available by specific demographic groups at the national and state level. Please select from the following criteria below to create your table of data on either the use of preventive services or Medicare expenditures for these services. Users can request tables in .html or .xls format. Data are presented by calendar year. Information on the methods used to create this interactive database is available in the Downloads below.
