ifosfamide
A synthetic analogue of the nitrogen mustard cyclophosphamide with antineoplastic activity. This agent is a prodrug that must be activated through hydroxylation by hepatic microsomal enzymes. Check for active clinical trials or closed clinical trials using this agent. (NCI Thesaurus)
