Access to download sites

Please can you tell to those interrested by your
package how
to download it. Are there any conditions for
downloading the sgt package. Is your ftp server
deliberately blocked.

If so can you inform sourceforge and your mailing
list subscribers, the unavailability of the sgt
package?
