You can view and print a module summary of your current SHI at any time. A module summary includes the scorecard, the strengths and weaknesses of your school's policies and programs, and the Actions section. Additionally, you can view and print the overall scorecard and the School Health Improvement Plan. You may find it useful to have these sections handy during your meetings. You can also view and print an archived SHI.

To view and print module summaries in a current SHI

On the SHI main page, click the Summary link for the module. The system displays summary information for the module, which includes the scorecard, strengths and weaknesses of the module, and the Actions section.
Review the information. To print the page, click the Print this Page link at the top right side of the page.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each module that you want to view and print.
Note: The summary page can only be used for viewing and printing. You cannot modify any information on this page.
To view the overall scorecard, click the Overall Scorecard link. To print the scorecard, click the Print this Page link at the top right side of the page.
To view the School Health Improvement Plan, click the Plan for Improvement link. To print the plan, click the Print this Page link at the top right side of the page.

To view and print an archived SHI

Click the SHI History tab. The system displays the SHIs that your team has created and other information related to the SHI, such as the health topics included in the SHI and the date the SHI was created.
Locate the SHI you want to view and click the View link for the SHI.
You can print the SHI when you are done viewing it and click Close to return to the main SHI page.
