Office working leaning on packing boxesThis national contract is under development for FY2007 and will provide a full range of services for relocating clinics, laboratories, libraries, medical wards, offices, or warehouses. Options include the removal (de-installation) of existing furniture and systems furniture, equipment and related supplies from an existing location, transportation of the items to the new location and placement according to the directions of the VA customer, and the installation of new furniture or systems furniture, equipment and related supplies into a new or existing location. A contractor’s Project Manager may be requested to aid VA project planners. All project related information, proposals, and bids, cost estimates, actual costs, and VA financials, are web based. System reporting is extensive.
