Training

It is OA&L’s policy to ensure that all OA&L employees are given the requisite training to effectively perform their jobs, enhance career development opportunities, and serve our customers, consistent with the evolving needs of the organization and resources available. Training opportunities offered to employees will focus on strengthening the skills required to achieve OA&L mission requirements. Such training will improve performance of present duties in an effective, efficient, and increasingly productive manner and will meet the changing needs of OA&L as duties, technology, and other requirements evolve.

Acquisition Training and Career Development
