The Lead listserv is maintained by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to enable people in state health departments who work at building childhood blood lead surveillance systems to communicate with one another about issues in lead surveillance data collection.
Listserv commands can be found in the Listserv reference card, which you can retrieve by sending an "Info Refcard" command to Listserv@Listserv.Cdc.Gov.
