providers?
Tell your health care providers about all the therapies you use --
standard and CAM. Include over-the-counter and prescription
medicines, as well as dietary supplements. Also include all
therapies when you fill out patient history forms.

you are considering a new CAM therapy, ask your health care
provider about its safety, effectiveness, and possible interactions
with medicines. Your pharmacist is another potential resource for
this information.
